About Us
"They had been chasing that phosphate problem for three months. It took us five days."
A lot of our work arrives second hand: equipment half installed by someone who moved on, a phosphate problem three months old, a Pentair system nobody else could get talking. We finish those, and then most of those customers stay on for the weekly service.

"Don’t waste your time with other pool services. Our Pool guy Gary found Pool Police. They came they found the problem within minutes fixed the problem and said it was a warranty issue. Other services wanted $120 just to come out to diagnose or sell us a new pool pump without even coming out. Thank you Nick with Pool Police !!!"
"Given the challenges today of running a business, my compliments to Nick and his company and the level of professionalism service and caring about his customers he is a credit to the business world"
"Very reliable and competent service. My technician, Robert, is simply the best!"
"I was a victim of Ohana pool company which left my pool half completed. After getting my equipment installed I had several other companies try to get my Pentair system working properly, even some suggesting to remove filter systems. I contacted pool police and I received a call within 5 minutes from Nick and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Upon his arrival he was able to program and get my system working properly with no changes to the equipment within 15 min. I don’t normally leave reviews but in this case it seemed appropriate, if you’re looking for an knowledgeable company that still holds value in customer service then quit looking around and give them a call you will not be disappointed"
"I've had pool police service my pool for well over a year now, after having serveral companies I found one that one truly cares about their work. The old saying the apple does not fall from the tree is so true with this company. The owner is the most customer serivice oriented person I've dealt with and it shows in everyone of his employees from the weekly service technicians, and tothe maintance technicians when needed. The feedback they provide and quality of serivice is top notch. This company is the best there is in the industry. I strongly recommend them for your home pool needs"

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on pricing, contracts, and very green pools.
My pool is losing water. Can you find the leak?
Yes. Leak detection is most of our week. We test, pinpoint it, and put the fix in writing before we touch anything.
What do you repair?
Pumps, motors, heaters, lights, tile, plaster, liners, coping, and screen enclosures. If it is part of a pool, we have probably fixed one this month.
How much will my repair cost?
Every job starts with a free estimate. You approve the number before any work begins. No diagnostic-fee games.
What does weekly pool service include?
Every visit: skim, brush, vacuum, empty the baskets, test the water, and balance the chemicals. We bring everything. Filters get cleaned on a schedule, not when someone remembers.
My pool is green. Can you fix it?
Yes. Green to clean is routine work for us. Most pools clear in three to seven days depending on how far gone it is, then weekly service keeps it that way.
Ready for a pool you never think about?
Tell us what your pool is doing and we will come out and give you an estimate.
